What can I return?
You may return new and unused product sold within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund or store credit if you are unhappy with the product. Every return require an RMA# for approval. However, any items sold during COVID-19 pandemic are final sale, no-refunds. Thank you for understanding.
When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
Does Empire Emports do replacements?
We can only replace the exact product you ordered, and you are responsible to return the product within 30 days. If you want to exchange for a different product, you will need to return the product and place a new order.
